About our Speaker:

Lata Nautiyal is a  Lecturer in Cyber Security at the University of Roehampton and a Researcher at the University of Bristol. She has extensive experience in both research and education, having served as a lead researcher on the Cyber Security Body of Knowledge (CyBOK) project for more than five years. She continues to play an active role in the CyBOK initiative, contributing to the development and dissemination of essential knowledge for the discipline.

In recognition of her impact and leadership, Lata was highlighted by the UK Cyber Security Council as a role model for her contributions as an ethnic minority professional in the field. Her work exemplifies a commitment not only to advancing cyber security research and education, but also to fostering inclusion and empowerment.
