In line with the Decrypting Diversity: Diversity & Inclusion in Cyber Security report 2021, the UK Cyber Security Council are producing a series of case studies and career journeys that show the breadth of routes into cyber and the diversity of professionals in the industry today.
We are looking for UK-based individuals working within cyber security to showcase their careers and experiences within the sector through case studies hosted on our website. We are looking to feature individuals from all backgrounds, demonstrating roles across each of the 16 specialisms and the variety of different routes everyone has taken to join the industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to showcase yourself as a role model within the industry. You could be the reason someone chooses to move into the profession or inspire someone to head down a specific path in cyber.
The target audience for these particular case studies will be adults who are looking to retrain into Cyber Security, those in Cyber Security looking for routes to progress their careers, or individuals looking to gain a better understanding of careers & pathways in the industry.
We have created a Role Model Case Study proforma for individuals to complete. If you’re interested in inspiring others into the industry, please download the form using the icon below and return it via email to Katherine Watson at katherine.watson@ukcybersecuritycouncil.org.uk.
Thank you so much for giving up your time to support us in raising awareness of careers in cyber security.
